Melissa Renee (Lawrence) Heflin, 42, passed away March 10, 2015. Visitation will be Thursday, March 12th from 5:00-7:00PM at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, March 13th at 10:00AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1086 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lupus Foundation, 2000 L Street North West, Stuite 410, Washington, D.C. 20036.
Melissa is survived by her husband, Roger Heflin; parents, Jack & Mary Lawrence; two sisters, Anna Burge and Tina Gerber and a brother, John Lawrence.
