Carolyn JoAnne Bronec 70 passed while in Lawrence Memorial Hospital on May 29, 2023.
She was born on March 26, 1953 in Saint Louis MO to Calvin and Josephine Rice.
She met Donald Bronec and was married on May 24, 1986 in Gravois Mills MO. They enjoyed 37 years of marriage. They lived in the Kansas City metropolitan area until they moved to McLouth KS in 1990 and lived there until her death.
She had several careers; she was in the restaurant and hospitality industry for 16 years. During that time she wrote a Soup Cookbook. Then after moving to McLouth she changed to the financial industry for about 20 years. At the ending of her career she was a Mutual Funds Analyst
She is survived by her husband Donald and 2 sons. Lewis Burton of Kansas City KS and Patrick Burton of Culpeper VA. She has 4 grandchildren Austin, Dallas USAF, Cheyenne and Brayden by Lewis Burton and they all live in Kansas City Kansas.
There was a Memorial Service for her on June 3, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Tonganoxie KS.
