James “Kimo” Kealoha Lake, Jr., 70, of Kaneohe, Hawaii, passed away on November 8, 2024. He was born in Honolulu and was a retired Federal Fire Captain and serviceman for the US Navy for 41 years. Kimo was predeceased by his parents, James “Jimmy” Kealoha Lake, Sr., and Margaret F. Lake, brother, Joseph (Loretta) Kauo, Jr., and sisters, Annie (Sam) Kaawa and Pualani (Joe) Dalere. Kimo is survived by his wife, Lois Lake, his son, Brandon K. (Channe) Lake, his grandsons, Adam K. Lake and Devn P. Lake and his sister, Florence (Smiley) Hintacutan. Prayer over ashes at Heeia Kea Pier on Saturday, January 11 at 9:00 a.m. with scattering of ashes to follow.
