Noah was predeceased by his dear grandma Cecile Warkentine, whom he loved beyond measure. He leaves behind his mother and father, (Crystal Warkentine, James Parkes), step mother Kelly Parkes, and siblings (Anthony James and Emily).
Noah was deeply loved by his Grandpa (Don), Nana (Agnes), Papa (Larry), uncles, aunts, cousins and relatives, as well as many friends.
Anyone that met Noah will never forget his intelligence and recall of obscure sports-related facts. The Vancouver Canucks lost their most knowledgeable, although often frustrated, fan. Noah had a huge heart and accepted everybody for who they were. He enjoyed his work, gaming with friends, and was always grateful whenever someone did something for him. Mostly, he made us all better people.
