Ace was born in Kelowna, February 20th, 1984. He is survived by his Mother Mary Coutlee, Dad Darryl Jules, Niece Janessa Bill, Brother Robert Bill Jr; Sisters Sylvia Bill (Ryan McDougal), Father Robert Bill, Brother Cameron Shlakov; Sisters Crystal Harry (Lyle Harry), Roberta Sellars, Pauline Sellars, Brothers Gerald Campbell (Boss), Roy Shepard, Jordan Major, Raven Bebwamikawe, Hank Bill, Jesse Coutlee, Tyson Coutlee; Denise Campbell, Yental Coutlee, Lily Anne Shuter, Bonnie Edwards. Grandmother Margaret Coutlee, Numerous Aunties, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews

Predeceased Grandfather Ranger Coutlee, Grandfather Skeezix Jules, Grandmother Laura Jules; Grandmother Sarah Bill and Grandfather Arthur Rossette.

Ace Loved his Family and Friends, he was known as the Peace Maker. Because Ace spent time with his Grandmother Margaret and Ranger he was a Great Storyteller, he knew the traditional stories and landmarks that went with them. He also had a gift of being able to learn the Nlaka’pmux and Secwepemctsin languages as well. Ace has lots of friends and when they spent time together, there were always great stories to share with laughter. Ace is gone far too soon, but these stories will create a life of their own, in his honour.
