Brittney Layne Searson

The life of Brittney Layne Searson, 21 of Palm Beach Gardens, FL was tragically taken away on July 4, 2019. She was born in Boca Raton, FL on August 16, 1997; the daughter of Kimberly and Wayne Searson.

Brittney L. Searson was a 2019 graduate of Louisiana State University and member of Phi Mu Sorority, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. She graduated from The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, FL in 2015. She began dancing at age 3 and had a true love for the art of dance. She danced at several studios in South Florida including Peggy Brown’s, Absolute Dance, and Vantage Pointe, and she was the captain of The Benjamin School Dazzler Dance Team.

Brittney was an amazing girl - full of life, love, and adventure. She was smart, courageous, beautiful inside and out, and a born leader. She touched everyone who had the privilege of meeting her with her loving spirit.

Brittney was very close with her family and loved them immensely. She is survived by her mother, Kimberly, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; her father, Wayne Searson, of Stuart, FL and her brother, Shane Searson, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 10:00 am at Christ Fellowship Church, 5343 Northlake Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park in Tequesta, FL.
