Al was predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Margaret (Mack) Fasulo; his brothers, Dr. Thomas Fasulo (Camille) and Robert Fasulo (Anne) and his first wife of 40 years, Dorothy Cullen Ann Flannery Fasulo.
He leaves behind his 5 children, Elizabeth Fasulo (Joan Mayfield), Tom Fasulo (Mari), Al Fasulo (Robin), Brian Fasulo (Sandy) Allison Kleisley (Marc); his beloved sister, Jane Meston (Bob) and his wife Holly; his 9 grandchildren adored him (Nicholas, Olivia, Nina, Joseph, Daniel, Bobby, Gabriella, Avery, and Grace).
Al was born and raised in Bloomfield, New Jersey. He attended Bloomfield public schools and Newark Academy where he was an excellent student, athlete, and All-State Basketball Player. Al graduated from Princeton University in 1955. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he launched a highly successful career in finance.He and Dorothy settled in Kinnelon, New Jersey. He held a seat on the New York Stock Exchange, working on Wall Street for many years. He eventually became Executive Senior Vice President of the Florida Division of Smith Barney; he was also Head of Marketing for the division and sat on the New York New Product Committee. He was a man of great integrity as noted by his esteemed colleagues. He spent summer weekends with Dorothy and their children at their summer home on Long Beach Island, on Rose Court, named for his Aunt Rose, in a family compound surrounded by his cousins, nieces and nephews.
After the death of his wife Dorothy, he met and married the second love of his life, Holly Lotts Cuskaden. They spent almost 25 years exploring the world, holding hands, and playing golf. Known in the family as Nana and Pop Pop, they created a home filled with loving family, great meals, and fun times.
His last month in Hospice was spent in his home in North Palm Beach, surrounded by his wife, children, and grandchildren, eating together, laughing, singing, and watching golf on TV. He was the North Star of his family and an incredible inspiration to all.
