Kathleen Turner, 95, died February 17, 2024 in her residence. Previously of Perrysburg, she was living in Johnstown, Ohio at the time of her death. She was born Jan. 28, 1929 in Trenton, New Jersey. Kathleen was married to Thomas J. Turner on August 18, 1951. He preceded her in death on June 23, 2010.
She is survived by her children, Thomas J. Turner Jr, David R. Turner, and Patricia (Robert) Jender; her brother, Robert (Nan) Ryan; her grandchildren, Stacey Turner, Michael (Marie) Jender, Sarah (Nolan) Holley, Hayley Turner, Matthew (Lauren) Jender, Rachel Jender; her great grandchildren, Liam & Levi Whitaker, James & Gabriella Jender, Finley & Kai Holley, and Theo Jender. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Courtney Turner and her sisters Margaret Cope and Eileen Tomczak.
Kathleen was an Elementary Educator for 28 years. She taught at St. Dominics School in Youngstown, C.H. Campbell School in Canfield, and Frank Toth Elementary School in Perrysburg.
Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Perrysburg School Foundation. Burial will be in New Jersey.
