Andrew E. Vojacek, 76, passed away peacefully at his residence on June 25, 2015. He was born on September 19, 1938, a son to the late Andy, Jr and Violet (Sambuco) Vojacek. Andrew is survived by his fiancée; Mary Ann Shaffer; brother, Nick Vojacek and sister, Sherrie (Jim) Sutton; children, Tara (Don) Belt and Chris (Tim) Mahoney; nephews and nieces, Brad (Beth) Vojacek, Beth Ann Wilkerson, Sheila Barsch and Dan (Lisa) Panepucci and several nieces and nephews by marriage and special niece, Michelle; grandchildren, Adrianne, Tyler, Megan and Erin; special friends, Stephanie, Jenna, Dave and Justin. Andrew is preceded in death by his loving wife, Alberta, and his son, Andrew R. Vojacek. His favorite past times included fishing, golfing and building model boats with his family. Family will receive friends on Monday June 29, 2015 from 4 to 7pm at the CROUSE-KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 225 N. Main St. Johnstown, OH 43031, where services will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 11:00am, with Pastor Dan McLaughlin officiating. Internment Green Hill Cemetery.
