Roy Allen Faulkner

Roy Allen Faulkner, age 69, of Jonesborough, TN, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee. He was born in Washington County, Tennessee, a son of the late Roy Faulkner and Evelyn Nelson Faulkner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nora Sue Stout Faulkner; and one step son, Louie Piercy.

Roy was a member of Embreeville First Free Will Baptist Church. He was a truck driver at the Contractors Yard. He loved working on small engines, playing his guitar and listening to music.

He is survived by one daughter, Brandy Faulkner; one step son, Kevin Piercy; two granddaughters, Shalaya Smith and Cheyenne Piercy; one grandson, Trevar Morris; one sister, Joann Faulkner; two brothers, Coy Faulkner and wife Carol, and Mickey Faulkner and wife Jane; best friends from grade school, Roy Watts and wife Patricia, and John Hall; friends from Masters Truck Shop, James Masters, Leo Mathis, and Doodie Mathis; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no formal services held.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of ICU2 at Bristol Regional Medical Center for all the love and care that was shown.
