Funeral service for Mr. Jeffery Don Rollins will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Hunt officiating. Visitation Saturday January 27, 2024, from 2:00 – 6:00 P.M. and Sunday, January 28, 2024 after 12 noon at Ligon & Bobo.
Mr. Rollins, age 75 of Jonesborough, Tennessee, and longtime resident of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away January 17, 2024.
Born April 19, 1948, in Lebanon, Tennessee, he is the son of the late Arthur Rollins and Lydia Mofield Rollins. He was raised in Flat Rock Community of Smith County, and attended Smith County High School. He was a retired mechanic from the Wilson County School Bus Garage, and attended Flat Rock Church of Christ in Smith County. He was an avid car enthusiast that participated in many car shows and was a lover of Corvettes owning many throughout his life. He was a very talented and creative person designing many creations with his talent throughout the years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Arthur Ray Rollins; niece, LeAnne Rollins Hudson; and a granddaughter, Makenzie Nicole Rollins.
He is survived by his son, Jeffery Daniel Rollins of Jonesborough, TN and spouse Kimberly Law Rollins; mother of his son, Linda Rollins of Lebanon; Sister, Patsy Rollins Hermitage; Nieces, Torri Hudson Graves and husband Steve of Hermitage, TN, Desiree Thompson and daughter Skylar of Lebanon, Nephew Eric Rollins of Lebanon , grandchildren: Paige Rollins Justice Watertown; Olivia Rollins Boone, NC; Brody Rollins Kingsport; and Tyler Thomson of Jonesborough; great grandchildren: Harlen, Kyler, Tatum, and Alden Justice; several special nieces and nephews; and two special close friends Bobby Raines and William McGowan along with many other special friends.
The family of Mr. Jeffery Don Rollins is in the care of Monte Vista Funeral Home & Memorial Park and Ligon Bobo Funeral Home in Lebanon, Tennessee.
