Survivors include Husband Charlie Hamel of Jensen Beach, FL sons Steve (Debbie)Hamel of Parkland, FL, Brian(Peggy) Hamel of Roswell, GA, Barry Hamel of Marietta, GA and Jon Hamel of Stuart, FL, Eight grandchildren, Megan Crook, Stephen Hamel, Melissa Ivie, Christopher Hamel, Elizabeth Hamel, Catherine Hamel, Kaylyn Hamel and Faith Hamel ,and brother Richard Rowe of Nettles Island, FL.

Visitation will be held at Aycock Funeral Home, 505 South Federal Highway, Stuart, FL on Friday January 19, 2018 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm with a prayer service at 6:30 pm. Mass will be held on Saturday January 20, 2018, 1:00pm at St Joseph Catholic Church in Stuart, FL. There will be a reception on Saturday January 20, 2018 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm at the Lunch Room at Nettles Island, FL.
