Ryan D. “Blue” Neel, 43 of Carmichaels, died Saturday, April 13, 2019 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
He was born July 23, 1975 in Morgantown, WV, a son of Denise Walters Neel of Carmichaels and David Neel.
Ryan was a 1993 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School. He worked as an electrician at the Harvey Mine, Patterson Creek Portal of Consol Energy.
He loved his family, his dogs and riding his motorcycle.
On November 21, 2009 he married Amy Estle, who survives.
Also surviving in addition to his parents are two child, Keiriel A. Neel and Gunner Ryan Neel both at home; two step-children, Preston Estle of Crucible and Layne Estle of Carmichaels; his grandmother, Helen Neel of Crucible; a sister, Danielle Neel of Crucible and a brother, Jamon Neel of Carmichaels.
