Kevin R. Cox

He was born October 13, 1962 in Waynesburg, a son of the late John E. Cox Sr. and Dolores Zollars Cox.

He was a 1980 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School.

Kevin worked as a salesman with Schwann Food Service.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Carmichaels and he played in the Greene Valley Softball League.

Surviving are four siblings, John E. (Mary Anne) Cox Jr. of Carmichaels, Erwana (Mickey) Andrews of Carmichaels, Barry (Ann Marie) Cox of Carmichaels, Terri (Jim) Smitley of Masontown; six nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and several cousins.

Deceased in addition to his parents is a nephew, Spec. Gregory A. Cox.

Friends will be received on Thursday, August 25, 2022, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, where funeral services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 11:00 am with Pastor H. David McElroy. Interment in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg.
