He was born July 23, 1982 in Waynesburg, the beloved son of Keith and Delores Husenits Haky of Mather who survive.
He was a 2001 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School.
On July 14, 2012 he married Monica Ozohonish who survives.
Mr. Haky was a veteran of the war in Iraq, serving in the U.S. army as a specialist with combat engineers and airborne. He served in the Army Reserve with the 915th Transportation Company.
He worked as a roofing contractor.
Mr. Haky was a member of the New Apostlic Church in Crucible.
He loved spending time with his family. He was a devoted and loving step-father, faithfully attended games, dance recitals, and events. He served as a coach for youth wrestling and football. He also loved being outdoors enjoying the beauty of nature.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are his grandmothers, Pauline Haky of Mather and Loretta Kooser of Carmichaels; four stepchildren, Alan R. Cooley III, Savanah Kramer, Finley Kramer, and Ronin Kramer; two sisters, Beth (Kwon) Miller of Canfield, OH and Megan (Brandon) Boledovic of Morgantown, WV; and two nephews, Tristan and Gabriel Miller.
Deceased are his grandfathers, Andrew Haky and Clarence R. Kooser.
Friends will be received 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8 pm Sunday in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 13, 21906 in the New Apostolic Church in Crucible with Rev.
