He was born October 12, 1942 in Lippincott, the sixth son of the late Alva W. and Martha Goslin Adamson.
Ben was a sheet metal worker for Chrysler for over 32 years.
He was a life member of the Moose Lodge #1234, the National Rifle Association and the United Auto Workers Local #122.
Ben enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and golfing.
His wife of 60 years Judith (Watters), survives.
Also surviving are two children, Brian (Bonnie) Adamson of Atwater, OH and Jill (Jeff) Hughes of Rootstown, OH; three grandchildren, Hannah, Hayden and Hope; two brothers, John (Linda) Adamson of Ocala, FL and Jim (Lonnie) Adamson of Waynesburg; and a sister, Betty Vandruff of Mt. Morris; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Deceased are five brothers, Charles, Robert, Joseph, George and Duane Adamson; and a sister, Elizabeth Lemley.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, the hour of services, in the Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, Gregory P. Rohanna, supervisor, with the Rev.
