Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until Celebration of Life at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2024 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel 1101 Main Street Franklin, Louisiana. Burial will follow in the Morning Pilgrim Baptist Church Cemetery.

Rose leaves to cherish her memories, two sons, Steven McGee and Donald McGee, both of Jeanerette, Louisiana; five daughters, Francine Marks, Pamela Melancon, Monica Doucet, Latonyer Williams, and Maveola McGee, all of Jeanerette, Louisiana; three brothers, Harold (Marla) Roberts, Sr. of Loureaville, Louisiana, Patrick Roberts of Jeanerette, Louisiana, and Chris Roberts of Houston, Texas; four sisters, Catherine Edwards of Houston, Texas, Jeanelle (Calvin) Johnlewis of New Iberia, Louisiana, Betty Drexler, and Verna Sereal, both of Jeanerette, Louisiana; seventeen grandchildren, forty great grandchildren, along with a host of relatives and friends.

She preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Viola Roberts; her son, Timothy McGee; a sister, Rita Landry; and her brothers, Donald Ray Roberts, Merlin Roberts, Larry Roberts, and James Roberts.
