Mrs. Kellie Baker Nix

Kellie Baker Nix, 48, of Jasper passed away Monday, Sept. 26, 2016, at her residence. Visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, from 5 until 7 p.m., at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, at 7 p.m., in the Kilgore-Green Chapel. Bro. Ernie Price will officiate. Kellie was a member of Farmstead Baptist Church. She was a graduate of University of North Alabama and worked at Forte` Marketing Group of Birmingham. She was a longtime supporter of Walker Viking Baseball. She was preceded in death by her father, John Hubert Baker Jr.; sister, Karla Dawn Baker Thompson; and sister-in-law, Angela Nix. She is survived by her husband, Keith Nix; sons, Logan Nix and Landon Nix; mother, Barbara Baker; brother, Jerard Baker (Becky); sisters, Kim Williams (Steve); father- and mother- in-law, Joe and Bobbie Nix; nephews and nieces, Justin Thompson and his fiancée, Danielle Mooney, Kassie and Ellesse Thompson, and Kate and Scott Williams; great-niece, Zadie Thompson; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
