Family will be receiving friends on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 12 until 1 p.m., at East Side Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m., with Bro. Jeff Allred officiating.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Lee Ann Robinson; daughter, Jennifer Lopez (Christian); son, Joseph Robinson; grandchildren, Evan Mooe, Iliana Lopez and Nickolas Lopez; parents, Rob and Mary Robinson; sister, Robin Shores; mother-in-law, Joan Sanders; sisters-in-law, Karen Nichols (Randy) and Christine Wilson (Randy); brother-in-law, Tracy Sanders (Catherine) and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that he loved dearly.
Glen retired after serving 21 years in the US Army, achieving a Bronze Star while deployed in Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom as well as many other awards and commendations throughout his military career.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Arc of Walker County, in the memory of Glen Alan Robinson.
