David was a Junior at Dixon High School in Sneads Ferry where he was in the marching band and also the track team.
A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, March 31, 2017 at the Infant of Prague at 1:00 p.m. with Father Jeffrey Bowker presiding.
He is survived by his parents: Jairo H. Palacio, Isabel C. Palacio; brother: Eduardo Palacio of the home; grandparents: Maria Teresa Gonzalez of Pereira, Columbia, Antonio Jose Gutierrez of Pereira, Columbia, Jairo Palacio of Brooklyn, Columbia, Eloina Araigo of Deseose, Columbia.
The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 – 9:00 pm on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
