He was preceded in death by his parents Edgar Davis and Edith Stokes; siblings Edsol Davis, Clifford Davis, Eloise Morgan and Emmalee Kirkland.
Bill leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Mary, also known as Susie; one daughter Tammy Davis; two sons Allan (Stacy) and Robert Davis; seven grandchildren J.C. Clare, Brandon and Avery Davis, Taylor Thomas (Zack), Samantha (Reuben), Amber and Hayli Davis; sister-in-laws Evelyn and Linda Davis and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on 11:00 a.m., November 18, 2020 with funeral services to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Lannie Road Baptist Church, 5998 Lannie Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32218, Brother Buddy Wimberly officiating. Interment will follow the funeral at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205.
