He was born in Jesup, GA on October 2, 1954 to James Edward Aspinwall and Dorothy Jean Aspinwall. He married Elaine Jeffries Aspinwall on June 2, 1979.
He obtained an Associate’s Degree, a Bachelor's Degree and a Masters ASE Degree. He had a career working as a mechanical tech at an Import/Export automotive company.
Terry enjoyed muscle cars and gardening and was a member of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Elaine; stepson, Richard; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Aspinwall; father, James Aspinwall; and mother, Dorothy Aspinwall.

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens, Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205. A committal service will occur Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
