Robert C. Siler, 99, passed away on October 7, 2013 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born in Silerton, TN to the late William Hale and Margaret Tuley Siler.
Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lucille Siler and his daughter, Barbara Whittlesey. He is survived by his daughter, Cecille S. Hammond and her husband, Richard; 6 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; along with other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in Fruit Cove Baptist Church, 501 Florida 13, Saint Johns, FL 32259 with Dr. Tim Maynard and Rev. Charles Ragland as Officiants.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fruit Cove Baptist Church.
