Richard E. McLaughlin, aged 73, passed away June 23, 2013 after a long illness. A Jacksonville native, he was predeceased by his parents, Janice and Eddie McLaughlin, and his brother Wayne. Richard worked for Gorman Co. for thirty years. After retiring, he enjoyed traveling the USA in his RV with his beloved wife Carolyn and faithful companions Toby, Jesse and Babe. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Nica McAnany (Bob Riddle), son Michael McLaughlin (Dana), six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
