Raymond Lacy Ratliff -Born March 16, 1945 in Owingsville, Kentucky (Bath County) and passed at his home in Jacksonville, Florida on August 13, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Alice Ratliff; Children- Steffan Hofler, Eric Hofler, Anke Lambe; Nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; Siblings- Ida Lou Shannon, Johnnie Ratliff. Preceded in death by Children- Raymond Ratliff Jr., Rodney Ratliff; Siblings- Carlos Ratliff, Carl Ratliff. Mr. Ratliff is a retired Army Master Sergeant from the 101 Airborne Division. He was proud to serve and protect our country through two tours in Vietnam and was awarded numerous medals and honors, including a Purple Heart. He was a beloved husband, father and friend and will be missed by many.
