Dr. Nick Bancks is predeceased by his parents and a daughter Emily Bancks.
Dr. Nick Bancks graduated from Groton Hight School, Groton, MA, Yale University, New Haven, CT, Medical School and Internship at Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, Residency at M.D. Anderson, Houston, TX, and Fellowship in Diagnostic Ultrasound at Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Nicholas Bancks served LCDR US Navy Medical Corp at The Naval Submarine Center at Groton, CT.
Dr. Nicholas Bancks started his Medical Career at St. Luke’s Hospital, Jacksonville, in 1979.
Dr. Nick Bancks will be greatly missed by those that knew him medically and those that he worked with. Nick and Elizabeth enjoyed traveling, and the Dining Clubs locally. Nick will be missed by his friends that he enjoyed overed the years.
Dr. Nicholas Bancks is survived by his wife Elizabeth and the children of his life, Nancy, Katie, Mary Elizabeth(Greg), Thomas, and the Grandchildren, Drake, Chase, Isabella, Paisley, and Henry.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 2pm, December 14, 2022, at St. John’s Cathedral at 256 E. Church St., Jacksonville, with Rev Gee Alexander.
A Reception will follow.
