Anna Nhu Thi Phan, age 76, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Thursday June 16, 2022. Phan was born October 5, 1945.
She was a loving wife to her husband, Hieu Tran of 56 years; an amazing mother; and a wonderful grandmother.
Visitation for Phan will be held Friday, June 24, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills, 850 St. Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, Florida 32225.
A funeral service for Phan will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Christ The King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211. Interment will follow at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens.
