Nancy Hartley Pappy

She was born on January 11, 1940, in Jacksonville, Florida to Richard Hartley and Geneva Youmans Hartley. She was a graduate of Dupont High School. She married Zerney L. Pappy Jr. on May 1, 1958. She is preceded in death by her Parents and husband Zerney L Pappy Jr. She is survived by her brothers Raymond (Robin) and Glen (Sharon). Children; Randy, Mark (Tina), Lori, Melanie and Lisa. Grandchildren; Mandy, Glen, Tim, Shayla, Scotty, Savanna, Charles and Amanda. Great Grandchildren; August, Sara, Aniyah, Jazmine, Zeke, Nicole, Adaya, Landon, Bryson, Logan, Chayse, Jensen, Josh, Zach, Elijah as well as many Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.

She was a very intelligent, talented, compassionate and loving woman who dedicated her life to her husband and raising their five children. She volunteered at Loretto Elementary School and helped with any and every school function. She loved to chaperone field trips, especially going to Skateland and skating with the Children. She was a cheerleading and softball coach for her daughters. She adored her grandchildren and would light up when she saw them coming to visit. She loved spending quality time with them laughing, singing, dancing and just enjoying their company. They shared a love of sports and enjoyed watching football and wrestling together. She was very involved in their lives and was not only their grandmother, but also their haven, friend and someone they could laugh, cry and just be themselves with. She had so much love in her heart and shared it with us all.

She worked as a beautician at the House of Glamour, she started Mighty Maids Cleaning Service with her daughter Lori, and then became a Nanny for Tony and Angi Boselli whom she loved and adored as family. She touched the lives of so many people and helped make their lives better. She made everyone feel welcomed and loved and had a smile that would light up the room. She is loved and missed by all. We love you Momma.

The Family will be having a Private Celebration of Life on October 8th, 2022.
