Nancy spent her early years working at Walt Disney World, dedicating 20 years to creating magical experiences. After this chapter, she pursued her passion for education by attending University of Florida, where she earned her bachelor's degree and then her master’s degree in educational leadership. For the next 20 years, Nancy touched countless lives as an Exceptional Student Education teacher in Lake County Schools. Her dedication to her students and passion for learning left a lasting impact on those she taught and worked with.
In her personal life, Nancy found great joy in spending time with her granddaughter, Kennedy, cheering on her beloved Florida Gators, and traveling—especially enjoying cruises.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Delaney (Will) Cunningham, her cherished granddaughter, Kennedy; her sister, Judy (Mark) Namitz; her brother, Dale (Jeanne Miller) Bailey; and many dear friends, who cherished their time together and will deeply miss her.
Nancy’s legacy of love, education, and adventure will forever be remembered by her family and all who knew her.
