Lynn Maloy Hall, 88, passed away Monday, September 17, 2012 in Hilliard, FL. Lynn was born in Rochelle, Georgia on June 8, 1924 to Bryan and Ola Standridge. She loved spending time with her family and gardening. She worked for Southern Bell as a Customer Service Observer and also helped her husband, J.W. with the family businesses at Panama Seafood Kitchen in Jacksonville, FL and Colony House Restaurant in Fitzgerald, Georgia. She was an inspirational person and will truly be missed by all who knew her. Lynn is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, J.W. Maloy. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Eugene Hall, her daughters, Lynda Edwards (Frank), Carol M. Johnson, her step sons, Michael C. Hall (Monica), Vernon Hall (Cindy) sister Mary Hale, brothers Bryan Standridge Jr. (Betty), Vernon Standridge (Hazel), Bill Standridge (Ann), grandchildren, Bryan Edwards, Caryn Fyfe (Tino), Matt Edwards (Rebecca), Joseph Johnson Jr., 11 great-grandchildren, three step grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren. Visitation services for friends and family will be held Thursday, September 20, 2012 from 6:00-8:00pm at First Baptist Church of Gray Gables, 54031 Church Road, Callahan, FL 32011. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 11:00am, First Baptist Church of Gray Gables. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32205. Memorial contributions can be made to Community Hospice of NE Florida.
