Kathy was a middle school PE and science teacher with Duval County Schools for over 30 years. She taught science for many years at Mandarin Middle School. Kathy completed a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree from Harding University. She loved crafting and especially spending time with her dog.
She is predeceased by her mother, Cleo Brown, father, Marion Fulcher, and brother James Fulcher. She is survived by nieces and nephews, and her friend/roommate of over 50 years, Marian McClaren.
A graveside service for Kathryn will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
