Jenna H. Smith, 26, native of Jacksonville, passed away May 25, 2011. She was the daughter of Richard Smith and Jan Berger Smith. Jenna attended Foundation Academy and Englewood High School. She went on to FCCJ where she trained in Dental Assisting.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Bernard Berger, Arthur N. Smith and Mamie E. Smith.
Surviving in addition to her parents are one sister, Laurin Phillips, stepmother, Vivian Smith, two step-sisters, Whitney Ems and Sarah Ems, her maternal grandmother, Faye Buchman and Sam Buchman, two aunts, Terri Wilson and Beth Graves, two uncles, Mark Berger and Emmett Smith, one niece, Makinlee Phillips, many cousins and numerous dear friends.
A Celebration of Jenna’s life will be held on Monday, May 30th at 11:00 am at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 4115 Hendricks Ave., Jacksonville, FL.
