Jeffery Dale Wilson Sr, 56, died March 7, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. Jeff Wilson was born in Jacksonville on October 19, 1961, attended Terry Parker High School, and worked as the Computer Network Administrator at Fred Wilson & Associates for 37 years. He was essential to his family engineering company’s transition into a modern computerized business. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother who truly loved his family.
Jeff was predeceased by his beloved wife, Laura “Laurie” Wilson; parents, William Edward Wilson Sr. and Doris Hickox Wilson. He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Jeffery and Joshua; daughter, Jennifer Dickson (Brian); grandsons, Michael and Matthew Dickson; brothers, Leo “Frank” Wilson (Jean), Wayne Wilson (Debbie), and William Wilson Jr (Lenora).
A memorial service will be held on Friday April 6 at 1:30 p.m. at Lakewood Presbyterian Church, 2001 University Blvd. W, Jacksonville, FL 32217, with the Reverend Tom Borland, presiding. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jeff’s name may be directed to your favorite charity.
