Jeanette J. Mack

Jeanette Joseph Mack, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, died on January 10, 2017. Mrs. Mack was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Joseph (Joe) Mack; her brothers, Faris Joseph, Salem Joseph, and Rogers Joseph; and her sisters, Josephine Shediac, Beday Larage, and Margaret Joseph.

She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and obtained her real estate license. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, the Salaam Club, and past president of the Molaka Club. For many years, she was employed by Watson Realty, Avondale Ortega office.

Survivors include her sister, Florence Belloit; two daughters, Sheila Donald and Patricia Wright; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and cousins. She also leaves behind many cherished friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at Life Care Center, Wells Crossing, for their devotion and care of their loved one. The family will receive friends at Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida on Monday, January 16, 2017 from 5:00-7:00pm. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 11:00am in Oaklawn Cemetery with a reception following at Oaklawn Chapel.
