Janice Carol Chason, age 76, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021. Janice was born May 12, 1945.
Janice is survived by her three sons, Ray L. Jr., Michael S., and Kevin A. Sr.; as well as six grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Darren J., Megan, Lauren, Caitlin Chason and Kenzie Scott and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Janice will be held Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills Funeral Home, 850 St Johns Bluff Road North, Jacksonville, FL 32225, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
