James William Hoover (George, Papa, Papoo, Billy) 74, went home to the Lord August 18th, 2023.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Debbie, son Scott (Alisa), Jody, daughter Tammy (Noel), grandchildren Brianna (Donavin), Brandon, Evan, Chase, Adelyn and best friend, Mike.
He was born in Louisville, Kentucky and moved to Jacksonville in 1980. He retired from Federal Express as a senior mechanic. He loved fishing, building model planes and was known as HOOVBABY on 1010XL. He was a funny guy who was blessed with many friends and will be missed dearly.
