Formerly from Barrigada, Guam, now residing in Jacksonville, Florida, was called home by our Heavenly Father at the age of 77.
After he retired from the United States Navy as Sr. Master Chief; he continued his education and earned his Master’s Degree in Business and Finance.
In his new life, Herman now joins his: Father: Herman Mayo, Sr; Mother: Antonia Blas Flores; Stepfather: Frank R. Flores; Brother: Edward B. Mayo, Former wife: Leonor “Baby” Mayo; Son in law: JQ Cruz
Herman’s memories will be valued and endure in the heart of his love ones

The love and memories of Herman will also be missed and cherished by numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren and other family and friends.
A viewing will be held from 9:30am to 10:45am, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00am, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5752 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville FL 32244. Arrangements are under the care of Hardage-Giddens Edgewood Chapel, 729 Edgewood Ave. South, Jacksonville FL 32205.
