George Ivan Husbands born October 27, 1931, in Georgetown, Guyana. Married to Patricia Adams on Dec 14, 1968. They migrated to the United States in 1992. He is survived by his wife- Patricia, four sons- Garth, Raymond, Nicholas, and Brian, nine grandchildren- Elizabeth, Avril, Richard, Nikita, Marisa, Christie, Natalia, Alissa, and Kiley, and two great grandchildren- Ethan, and Marayah.
George enjoyed listening to classical music and the sweet sounds of the Caribbean Soca music while sipping a scotch and tonic water. He was always the life of the party with his good sense of humor and witty jokes. George we will always cherish the wonderful memories, wisdom, and great life experiences that you have shared with us throughout the many years. May your soul rest in peace and rise in eternal glory.
