Fred Edwin Nelson

He was preceded in death by his father George Edwin Nelson, his mother Gurtrude DeKay Vaughn, his granddaughter Paige Hamilton, grandson Dakota Nelson and his brother Robert Nelson.

Fred passed away from a short battle of cance. He was a wonderful man, loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Fred was an avid Nascar fan, Jeff Gordon was his all-time favorite Nascar Driver. Fred spent most of his life doing what he loved to do, maintenance work, Marine Construction and home renovations. He also loved all of his fur babies.

He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years Dawn Nelson; son Shannon Nelson; grandsons Payton Nelson and Sebastian Nelson; daughter Donna Jean Hamilton; granddaughter Paige Hamilton; great grandbabies Adelynn Hamilton and Carter Thornton; son Jason (Jessica Leigh) Nelson; grandsons Jason Nelson, Jr and Jacob Nelson; daughter Angel Nelson; grandchildren Jordan Nelson, Alexis Jones, Trinity Jones and Bryson Nelson; step-daughter Yolanda Nelson; grandchildren Thomas Shelley, Jr. Charity Gross and Cheyanne Gross; step-daughter Crystal (Wayne) Imhoff; grandchildren Ramsey Nelson, Kristen Imhoff, Sierra Wilber, Erica Wilber and great grandbaby Chevy Nelson; step-daughter Tiffany Daso; grandchildren Danny Nelson, Victoria Davis, Marlanna Wilson and Jasik Shelley; step-son Jonathan (Megan) Nelson; grandchildren Angelina Walker, Gabriela Long, Chaos Long and Bentley Nelson; siblings Arthur Nelson, Katherine Dukelow, Wanda Lafferty, Robert Vaughn III, Timothy Vaughn, Jeffery Vaughn, Tamella Miliken and Patricia Ullman; and lots of nieces and nephews.
