GRAZIANO-Donna Ann Graziano, 52, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Community Hospice after a long battle with cancer. She was born June 4, 1959 in Middletown, NY. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving family: her husband Erik of 26 years, daughter Tanya, parents John and Marilyn Jennings of Port Jervis, NY, sisters Sharon, Linda, Patti and brother John, sister-in-laws Theresa and Joy, and 16 nieces and nephews.She previously worked as a pre-school teacher at Fort Caroline United Methodist and Fort Caroline Baptist Church.A memorial service will be held on Tuesday (TODAY), September 20, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Fort Caroline Baptist Church, 11428 McCormick Road, Jacksonville, FL.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society.
