Daniel Martin Tabak

The family of Daniel Tabak will be celebrating his life on Friday, December 9th at 3pm. It will be at The Church of Eleven22 at 4911 Losco Road in Jacksonville. The Tabak family has felt the outpouring of love and many are asking how they can help. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to lavishly love on his beautiful sons, Talen and Isaac, at the link below.
