Beatrice was born in Maumee, Ohio on February 25, 1931 to Gordon R. Brown and Hermina Krohn. Beatrice married Richard R. Davidson, a Korean War veteran in Van Wert, Ohio. They lived in Van Wert until moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1960.
She was a graduate of Hoaglin-Jackson High School near Van Wert. Beatrice worked as a secretary and was also employed by Indiana and Michigan Credit Unions. Beatrice enjoyed many hobbies such as sewing, quilting, knitting, as well as annual trips to Michigan to view the tulips. She also did volunteer work for Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Beatrice is survived by her son, James R. Davidson of Jacksonville, Florida; and two brothers, William Brown of Stryker, Ohio and Art Brown of Middle Point, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her sister, Anna Johnson.
