Leo brought us immeasurable joy and love to our lives in the short time we were blessed to have him. We will always remember his love for ring pops, his sweet smile, beautiful hair and enjoyment of Bluey Cartoons. Leo’s favorite toy was his jingle ball and jumper. He loved to bounce and laugh day and night.
Leo is survived by his parents Andrew Dallas Payne and Jaymalis Torres-Morales; sisters Kylie Madison Morales-Clemmons Khloe Marie Morales-Rickard, paternal grandparents, Don Payne of Plato, Mo and Suzanne Crum of Jacksonville, FL; maternal grandparents Janet baez Torres Mario E Morales Rosa and his great grandparents- Andrea Baez, aunts- Andrea Torres Baez, Damarys Polanco, uncles- Gabriel Torres Baez and cousins- Kiry Torres, Jandrey Torres
