Charlene graduated from James Island High School. She received a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Columbia Commercial College. She was married to the love of her life, Richard Estes for forty one years. Charlene worked at Step by Step as the Director of VPK and loved all of those children dearly.
She had a passion for God, her family, and the defending National Champions, the Georgia Bulldogs. She is survived by her husband Richard, son Richie Estes (Jennifer), son Ryan Estes (Olivia) and granddaughter Gracie. Also survived by her sister Becky Nolen (George), Sister Dodi Simms, and Brother Pete Baggott (Jennifer). She was predeceased in death by parents, Rhonald and Margaret Baggott, Brother Tykie Baggott.
The family will receive friends from 3pm until 4pm, Friday, September 2, 2022 at
Beaches Chapel Hardage Giddens., 1701 Beach Boulevard Jacksonville Beach 32250.
The Celebration of life will begin at 4pm at the funeral home with a reception to follow.
