Nancy Eugenia McNeil North, age 78 of Jackson, passed away on June 20, 2023.
She was born on August 15, 1944 in Madison County, TN. She was the daughter of the late J.T. and Elise McNeil and her grandparents, the late Press and Laura Sweeton. She was a long-time floral designer and antique dealer.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph North; two daughters, Stephanie Cross (Len) and Shannon Schuler (Craig); one grandson, Hunter Cross; one sister, Judy McCarver; and one half brother, Gerald McNeil (Brenda).
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Thursday evening, June 22, 2023 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. A graveside service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at New Union Cemetery near Medon. Friends may gather at the cemetery prior to the service.
