Donna McArthur Woods

Mrs. Donna M. Woods, 61 of Medon, passed away on April 17, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Friday April 22, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Inurnment to follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. A lifelong friend Bro. Paul Roney will officiate the service.

Donna was born in Moss Point, MS on January 1, 1955 to the late Dolan, and Matha Parker McArthur. She worked and was co-owner of Pro – Kote LLC. Donna enjoyed many things during her life; she enjoyed traveling and spending time at her second home on the beach in Destin, FL but most of all she loved her family.

Other than her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brother; David McArthur, and her Brother in Law; Gregg Simms.

She is survived by her loving husband Lanny Woods, Daughter; Brittney Ebberman Woods, two sons; Steve Woods, and Ryan Woods. Three grandchildren; Alexandra Woods, Lillian Woods, and Savannah Woods. Two sisters; Dolanda McArthur Simms and Barbara McArthur Sims (Kenneth), a sister in law; Nancy McArthur, and beloved nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons on Friday April 22, 2016 from 1:00 pm until the time of the service at 3:00 pm
