James Franklin Hess, of Ridgeland, MS, 73, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson. James was born in Memphis, TN on September 29, 1941 to the late, Leo Hess and Mamie Mayhall. He was employed with Presto Manufacturing as an Assembler and served his country in the United States Marine Corps.He is survived by daughter, Melissa Hopson; son-in-law, Donald Hopson; two brothers and grandson, Hunter Hopson.
