Of Jackson, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023 at the age of 57. He will be remembered by his brother, Michael Lingane and sister, Melissa Chaffin as well as nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. Cecil was born in Jackson, 0n October 13, 1965 to Charles and Sandra Chaffin. Cecil had a special smile that would light up the room. He was always considering others. He enjoyed listening to music, going to and working at the Carnivals and was a U of M fan. A service to honor his life and lay him to rest with his family will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Roseland Memorial Gardens.
