Robbin Neal

Robbin Williams Neal, beloved and caring, passed away on October 26, 2023, in Summerville, South Carolina, at the age of 63. Robbin was born on October 16, 1960, in Greer, South Carolina, to Joan Lee Williams and Thomas A. Williams.

Robbin cared deeply for others and always prioritized their needs, especially when it came to her children and grandchildren. Her selflessness was a defining characteristic that touched the lives of those around her.

Robbin was predeceased by her parents, Joan Lee Williams and Thomas A. Williams. She is survived by her sister, Trish Williams Proctor (David) of Lexington, South Carolina; her daughter, Layla Neal Digby (Chris) of Chapin, South Carolina, and son, Jason Thomas Neal, of Charleston, South Carolina; and her cherished grandchildren, Emery, Sloane, and Rowan.

After a combined 32 years of service in the South Carolina State Hospital system and Lexington-Richland District 5 Schools, Robbin retired to move closer to her grandchildren.

Robbin found joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed simple things like cross-stitching and crossword puzzles, had a special love for dogs and horses, and treasured her time in the mountains.

Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation/reception in memory of Robbin at Dunbar Funeral Home - Dutch Fork, located at 7600 Woodrow Street, Irmo, SC 29063, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Robbin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
