A man, a sailor, a father, a grandfather, a great-grandfather, a lovely pain in the butt, a lover and protector of all animals, he will be missed greatly by all. John touched many hearts and he can join his parents and sister as well as his pets, that he loved so very much. Most of all, we will miss you. May you have a wonderful sail on the seas of heaven. We will love you now and forever.
Surviving are his son, Sean Traxler (Sandra); daughter, Tisha Koehn (Kent); grandchildren, Anaise and Jesse, Corey and Rebecca, Adrianna and Alex, Taylor and Wesley; and great-grandchildren, Maxwell, Grayson, Pierson, Aven and Adira. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters, Betty, Donna and Georgia.
The family wish to thank his friends, Bryan, Angela and Michael, Jeanette, Tom, Ellen, and George.
A Celebration of John’s life will be held at a later date. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, is assisting the family. Memories may be shared at www.dunbarfunerals.com.
